Violation Committee:
This is a committee composed of homeowners who volunteer their time to assist the association in the enforcement of its Rules and Regulations. All owners that are found in violation of the Rules may appeal that finding. A letter requesting a hearing must be sent to the association. The association and the owner must present evidence to the Violation Committee who then determine who is correct. The association may also ask an owner found in violation of the same rule on more than one occassion to attend a hearing before the violation committee. In this case, the committee decides whether the owner will be fined or not. The Violation Committee serves as a "jury" of its neighbors and determines whether they are in violation as stipulated by the association.
Architectural Committee:
This committee may be made up of owners or Board members. The purpose of this committee is to approve and/or disapprove any Architectural Modification Requests submitted by owners. The committee must ensure that the modifications meet the requirements set forth in the association's governing docs and ensure that the association's aesthetics are protected.
Event Committee:
This committee may be made up of owners or Board members. The purpose of this committee is to organize any kind of event to promote the good relations between neighbors and especially our children′s to feel that they are part of this beautiful community.
