Doral Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC)

The City of Doral MDPD Policing Unit has a Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) and each month one member of the BOD attends this meeting to represent us as community. We have also seen some residents of Windwardat the meeting supporting the community.

We encourage you to participate and be more involved so we can have the support of the Doral Police when we need them.

The meetings are the first Thursday,7:00 p.m. (Note: No meetings in July or August) Location: Midwest Station, 9101 NW 25th Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room. It is really interesting and it is a way to get to know what is going on in The City of Doral and to be part of it.

Parking Rules

Only visitors are permitted to park in the area designated as "Visitors 24 hours" or "Visitors". Any vehicle seen using these areas repeatedly or permanently will be stickered and towed at the owner's expense.

  • IF YOU HAVE VISITORS STAYING MORE THAN 24 HOURS, THEY WILL NEED A TEMPORARY PERMIT FROM THE ASSOCIATION OR THEIR CAR WILL BE TOWED.
  • AFTER 2 WARNINGS, CARS PARKED OVERNIGHT IN THE VISITORS PARKING WILL BE TOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF THE VIOLATION CONTINUES, THE CARS WILL BE TOWED WITHOUT WARNING.
  • THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST THAT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TOWING: COMMERCIAL VEHICLES, LIMOUSINES, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, BOATS, TRAILERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BOAT TRAILERS, HOUSE TRAILERS, AND TRAILERS OF ANY OTHER TYPE, KIND OR DESCRIPTION.

FOLLOW THE PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS AS PER YOUR BYLAWS. RULES WILL BE STRICKLY ENFORCED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

SCOOP THE POOP

PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG AND KEEP YOUR DOG ON A LEASH. Refer to our Rules and Regulation section 14.2 Animals. Violation of this rule will result in fines from $25 up to $100.00.

Garbage Cans

No garbage cans, supplies or other similar articles shall be maintained on any Home so as to be visible from outside the Home or Parcel. Garbage cans and recycle bins shall not be placed outside the Home for pick-up earlier than 6:00 PM on the day preceding the pick-up, and must be returned to the Home so that they are not visible from outside the Home on the day of the pick-up.

Homeowners and Renters will be fine $25.00 for the first and each occurring violation.

Pool

PARENTS, PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO TO THE POOL UNSUPERVISED. ALL VISITORS AND CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.

Due to damage, the pool fence will be replaced by a strong and taller fence. We urge you to use your pool key and report any improper use of the pool to the police or to our security guards. Jumping and damaging the fence must stop.

Swimming Lessons should be limited to residents of Windward. All Swimming Instructors must be licensed and insured. Instructors must sign a release form which may be obtained from Allied Property Group.
